Withdrawal Symptoms

Some of these things might happen when you quit:

  • You feel low
  • Not being able to sleep
  • Get a bit irritated, frustrated, or mad
  • Feel anxious, nervous, or restless
  • Have trouble concentrating
  • Feel hungry or gain weight

Not everyone has feelings of withdrawal. You may have one or many of these feelings and they can last for different amounts of time.

Come and see us if you are having difficulty giving up. We can help supporting you and also by prescribing NRT.
